Hello, I’m Elizabeth.

I’m a software engineer and maker living in Seattle, Washington. I work mostly on systems software, open source, and the weird boundary between software and hardware.

A brief history of me

I grew up around Chicago and have lived in a few different corners of the US before eventually making Seattle home. That wandering around probably explains some of my fascination with cities, infrastructure, transit, and how complicated systems fit together.

Other interests

Away from software engineering, I'm usually messing with electronics, cooking something unnecessarily elaborate, exploring the Pacific Northwest, or being supervised by my cats.
